PRODUKTER

Var kommer era produkter ifrån?

We only work with socially responsible businesses with ethical manufacturing practices. Our branded products are manufactured in Sweden, India and Central African Republic.  

Vilka material använder ni?

We use vegetable tanned leather for all our leather items. This is the most eco-friendly leather and no chemicals are added during the tanning process. Therefor, this leather is not only a good choice for the planet and the workers but also for dogs and children who will not be exposed do allergenic and unhealth chemicals. 

Vilka material använder ni till spännen och andra metalldelar?

We use almost exclusively solid brass or stainless steel for all metal parts. These materials are long lasting high quality that do not loose their shape and color as fast as the more common and cheaper zinc and iron platings. 

Due to limited availability other metal materials may be used for few products. You will find information about this in the products description. 

Varför har ni inte nylonhalsband?

You will not find nylon items in our sortiment. This is due to that nylon is made from fossil fules, which contributes to climate warming among others. We only work with natural materials and sometimes semi-natural materials which are renewable. Natural materials also contains less chemicals than synthetic materials. Some of our products made from recycled materials may, however, contain synthetic fibers.

Hur hittar jag rätt storlek till mitt husdjur?

Vi har jobbat hårt för att de storlekar vi erbjuder ska passa många olika former och storlekar av husdjur från alla raser. Se till att du mäter korrekt innan du beställer. Storlekstabeller hittar du på produktsidan, nedanför produktbeskrivningen.



ORDER

Jag har inte fått någon orderbekräftelse, har min order gått igenom?

We allways send an order confirmation directly after the order was made. It is sent to the e-mail address you added during checkout. Please check the junk mail and that you added the correct e-mail address before contacting us.  To avoid e-mails from us ending up among the junk mail you can add order@lordstafford.se iamong your safe addresses. 

Kan jag lägga till en till vara i min order i efterhand?

If we have not yet sent your order you can add another item in your order. If we have allready sent your order you can of course make another order. If the value of both orders together add up to free freight we will give you free freight on your second order. 

FRAKT & LEVERANS

När kan jag förväntas få hem mitt paket?

Delivery times are normally 2-5 days to customers in Sweden. For international customers it may take a few days more.  

If the delivery has been delayed without notice from us, please contact us as soon as possible on order@lordstafford.se so that we can investigate the cause of the delay. 



RETURER & ÅTERBETALNING

Jag vill ångra mitt köp eller byta en vara, hur gör jag?

You can cancel or change your order up to 14 days after you recieved it. Before returning, please contact our customer service. The customer will take the costs for returns. We do not accept returns sent by cash on delivery or have been franked incorrect.

Hur skickar jag en retur?

Se till att du paketerar objektet väl. Vi återbetalar inte hela beloppet för returprodukter som har skadats under frakten. Skicka alltid med en ifylld returblankett eller en anteckning med namn, ordernummer och anledningen till att du vill returnera varan. Märk alltid paketet med avsändare och var noga med att du frankerar paketet korrekt.

Betalningssätt

You can pay with PayPal or credit card. Swedish customers can also pay with Swish and invoice. 

Varför har jag inte fått min faktura?

The invoice will be sent to your e-mail address when the order leaves us. Please check the order confirmation so that the e-mail address and phone number are correct. If the e-mail address was correct, please check your junk mails. If you still do not find your invoice contact us at order@lordstafford.se Don't forget to specify your ordernumber.
